Volunteer schedules, including days before and after the airshow, may vary depending upon the area of need. Therefore, we ask that volunteers sign up for a minimum of 4 hours on both airshow days or 8 hours on one day to minimize training time.

You will receive a wristband for admission to the event on the day worked, a themed hat, and a food voucher for every 4 hours you work. Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with your shift information, parking, and check-in instructions.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE BOTTOM SECTION OF THE SIGN-UP SHEET TO COMPLETE THE SIGN-UP PROCESS.

BE SURE TO SELECT YOUR JOB CAPTAIN/TEAM LEADER AND GROUP/ORGANIZATION from either the WOC or CAF/AAF dropdown, whichever applies to you. Then check the small box, type your name in the signature field, and click the Sign Up To Volunteer button.

FOR MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, you Must include your date of birth in the Birthdate section and have a parent or guardian signature.
